In order to ensure a smooth run of the tournament and create an enjoyable environment, the following player conduct and rules will be enforced (first warning: yellow card, second warning: red card and exclusion from the tournament):

  • Fair Play: be nice to your opponents, the machines and the venue itself. Outbursts, shouting, rage tilting, bad language towards opponents and tournament officials will not be tolerated.
  • Referees: the decision of the referees is final, no decisions on rulings should be made by players independently.
  • Punctuality: if any players is not at the machine 5 minutes after the start of a round then they may be asked to forfeit the game. In Round Robin format, please inform your next opponent if you need to take a break which takes you out of the tournament room.
  • Power: never switch machines on and off yourself without consulting a TD or referee as this can affect adjacent games.
  • Free Play: there is strictly no free play on tournament machines at any given point in time. The TD or organizer will announce when a pool of machines becomes eligible for free play at certain times. Players disregarding this rule will be asked to stop.
  • Streaming: by attending this event you automatically consent to live streaming / recording taking place.
  • Food or drinks: are strictly NOT allowed in the tournament rooms.
  • Unruly or drunken behaviour may result in exclusion from the tournament or even eviction from the venue.
  • Collusion or cheating of any kind may result in exclusion from the entire event.
  • Willful damage to the venue and its property will incur the charges for the amount of damage and may result in immediate exclusion from the entire tournament series.
