French Pinball Masters [ECS] Sept. 11 – until 13, 2026

FRIDAY: WARM-UP AND SPLIT (NON-IFPA)

A split tournament is a doubles format where a two-player team shares a single pinball machine, with one player controlling the left flipper and the teammate controlling the right.

Maximum capacity of 100 players (50 teams).

18:00 - 22:00: Split Tournament qualifications (2-player teams). Team formation is completely open. You can email your team lineup after registering to split.fma@protonmail.com . Players registering alone will have the opportunity to form a team on-site, or alternatively, play with one of our awesome organizers or tournament directors!

22:00 - 00:00: Finals for the top 8 teams in an Amazing Race format.

Freeplay: Open play available during the warm-up finals depending on tournament progress.

SATURDAY: MAIN TOURNAMENT (ECS) - 300% TGP

Maximum capacity of 160 players.

09:30 - 00:00: Main Tournament qualifications. Format consists of 13 rounds of Group Match Play (Swiss System). The top 40 players qualify for the playoffs.

End of the day (depending on progress): Launch of the first round of the Main Event finals.

End of the day: Early start of the Best Game Side Event exclusively for the Women's Tournament participants, allowing them to get ahead and play their dedicated tournament smoothly on Sunday.

Freeplay: Open play available for non-qualified players and players with a bye.

SUNDAY: FINALS, SIDE EVENT (76% TGP) AND WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT (128% TGP)

09:30: Main Event Finals resume (Estimated finish around 18:00, or later if no progress was made on Saturday). The field includes 40 qualifiers (4 double byes, 12 single byes, and 24 regular qualifiers) and uses the PAPA 4 2 1 0 group elimination format.

10:00 - 14:30/15:00: Women's Tournament (Maximum 32 players). Qualifications in Group Match Play with a format of 4 rounds of 3 games.

10:30 - 17:30: Best Game Side Event (Maximum 160 players). Classic format of 10 games to be played across the 20 pinball machines available in the dedicated area. A maximum of 2 games can be played on the same machine. All scores count.

15:00 - 17:30: Women's Tournament Finals (Top 4 players).

17:30 - 21:30 (22:00 maximum): Best Game Side Event Finals. The format qualifies 12 players (including 4 with a bye) into a Single Elimination Bracket Best of 3.

Freeplay: Open play available during the finals depending on tournament progress and machine availability.

Details regarding prizes for the finalists, trophies, and goodies are currently being finalized and will be announced soon.

=== LOGISTICS AND TOURNAMENT PACE ===

No official breaks: To ensure the schedule is maintained and the TGP is properly calculated, no official lunch or dinner breaks are scheduled. Food will be eaten on the go between your matches. If the tournament gets ahead of schedule, quick breaks may be improvised, but do not rely on this by default!

Freeplay: The room will only be open for free play if time permits and without disrupting the ongoing finals or tournaments.

Meal options are listed at 0 euros during registration as they serve as a pre-order system (honor system).

Friday evening: Sandwiches.
Saturday (lunch and dinner): Food Trucks.
Sunday: Sandwiches.
Bar: Open all weekend.

Important: The Food Trucks prepare their stocks strictly based on your bookings. This is a moral commitment. Out of respect for the vendors and to prevent food waste, please honor your orders without exception.

Reminder: No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises.
