Friday, June 26th: Warm-up
Maximum 64 slots
6:15 PM – 10:00 PM: Qualifications (Head-to-Head or Max Matchplay).
10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Finals (8 players) – Amazing Race format.
🕹️ Freeplay: Open access may be available during the Warm-up finals, depending on progress.

Saturday, June 27th: Main Event (200% TGP) 104 players
9:30 AM – Midnight: Main Tournament Qualifications – Group Matchplay (13 rounds).
🕹️ Freeplay: Open access may be available after qualifications if time permits.

Sunday, June 28th: Finals & Side Tournament
🏆 9:30 AM: Main Event Finals (Top 40 qualifiers – Group Elimination Bracket PAPA 4-2-1-0).
🕹️ 10:00 AM: Side Event "Best Game" (10 attempts, all scores count).
🏁 5:00 PM: Side Event Finals (Top 12 – Single Elimination Bracket BO3).
🕹️ Freeplay: Open access may be available during Sunday's finals, depending on progress.
🎁 Prizes: Finalists will share €350 in gift vouchers, along with trophies and various goodies!

⚙️ LOGISTICS & TOURNAMENT PACE
No official breaks: To stay on schedule and guarantee the 200% TGP calculation, there are no scheduled lunch or dinner breaks. Eating will be "on the go" between matches. If we are ahead of schedule, spontaneous breaks may be called, but please do not rely on them by default!
Freeplay: The machines will be available for free play only if time permits and as long as it does not interfere with the ongoing finals.

🍴 CATERING & BAR: YOUR COMMITMENT

Meal options are listed at €0 because they act as pre-orders (honor system).

Friday evening: Sandwiches.
Saturday (lunch & dinner): Food Trucks.
Sunday: Sandwiches.
Bar: Open all weekend.

📢 Important: The Food Trucks organize their stock based on your pre-orders. Booking a meal is a moral commitment. Out of respect for the vendors and to avoid food waste, please make sure to honor your orders.
